Steven Schaad

Steven Schaad is an experienced professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and management. Currently serving as a Territory Manager at The Garland Company, Inc. since August 2021, Steven also manages buying, renovating, and leasing single-family homes in the North Dallas area with Vitalis Industries LLC since October 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Territory Manager at EFCO Corp. and Mechanical Engineer at Lennox International, where Steven also interned as a Mechanical Engineer. Early career experience includes working as an Assembly Line Lead at Smith System. Steven holds two Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering, one from the University of North Dakota and another from Benedictine College.
