Jill Havard

Jill Havard is a seasoned professional in the field of special education, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Special Education at Garland Independent School District since July 2022. Previously, Jill held the position of Special Education Coordinator at both Garland Independent School District and Mesquite Independent School District, accumulating extensive experience from August 2002 to March 2020. Jill also worked as a BCBA/Clinical Supervisor at Behavioral Transformations from April 2020 to July 2022. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from Stephen F. Austin State University completed in 2002, and an Applied Behavior Analysis Certificate achieved at Arizona State University between January 2021 and May 2022.
