Matt Yeager is an experienced educational technology leader currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Technology for Garland Independent School District since October 2018. Matt is also a Governor Appointed Council Member for the Governor's Broadband Development Council since December 2022. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at Royse City Independent School District, Chief Information Officer at International Leadership of Texas, and Chief Technology Officer at Grand Prairie ISD. Matt was actively involved in the Texas Skyward User Group Steering Committee from October 2008 to January 2023. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Technology Management and a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
