Tom Higgs

Tom Higgs holds the position of Assistant Director of Fleet Operations at Garland Independent School District since August 2023. Prior to this role, Tom served as the Director of Fleet and Facilities and Fleet Manager at the City of Farmers Branch from January 2019 to June 2023. Tom also brings experience as a Senior Fleet Consultant at FASTER Asset Solutions from October 2013 to December 2019 and served as Fleet Manager for the City of Conroe from June 2000 to September 2013. Currently, Tom is pursuing education at Lone Star College-Montgomery, starting in August 2003 and ongoing.
