Paula Castro has extensive experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development, currently serving as HR | Learning & Development at Garland since March 2023, where responsibilities include the creation of the Garland Academy and managing integration plans for new hires. Previous roles include Talent Manager at SONAE from January 2015 to February 2023, overseeing the employee life cycle and learning initiatives on an Iberian level, and a Consultant in Human Resources at Pessoas e Sistemas in late 2014. Paula's earlier positions involved training management at Nincentivos and FORMACONDE, directorship at Reino Catita, and initial roles in recruitment and training. Paula holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from ISAG and advanced degrees in Sociology from FLUP.
