Carolin Dahler

Carolin Dahler is an HR Expert in Learning and Development at IAV since February 2022, responsible for training management, professional training concepts, KPI reporting, and leadership workshops. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Success Manager at jobvalley, managing sales and recruiting for students, and previously working at SAP and DB in talent delivery and recruitment. Carolin has a background in HR administration and candidate sourcing from positions at AUTO1 and EDEKA, and began a career in revenue management at airberlin. Carolin holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management from Rennes School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Administration from The Berlin School of Economics and Law.
