Jason Collins

Jason Collins is an experienced attorney currently specializing in commercial litigation, complex transactions, and data security at Garlington, Lohn & Robinson since February 2023. Previously, Jason served as a Complex Deal Strategy Manager at Oracle, focusing on managing complex transactions and negotiations. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Garlington, Lohn & Robinson, from law clerk to attorney, and a judicial law clerk position for Justice Laurie McKinnon at the Montana Supreme Court. Before pursuing a legal career, Jason was the Managing Partner of Mammoth Computers, LLC, and held the position of Network Administrator at The Baton Rouge Clinic. Jason earned a Juris Doctor with Honors from The University of Montana School of Law and holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Louisiana State University.
