Dr. Neeraj Sharma, Ph.D has a strong and diverse background in packaging development and innovation. Dr. Neeraj has held various leadership positions in renowned companies such as Garlock Printing & Converting, where they currently serve as the Sr. Director of Business Development and Applied Packaging. Prior to this, they were the President of Holistic Packaging Solutions and the Director of Customer Development at Belmark.

Dr. Sharma has also held significant roles in the packaging departments of prominent companies like Apio, Inc., McCain Foods, AB-InBev, PepsiCo, H J Heinz, and Nestle. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in solving packaging problems and driving new technologies to grow businesses. Their work has spanned industries such as fresh produce, frozen food, beverages, and pet care.

Dr. Sharma's experience encompasses both national and global responsibilities, and they have successfully managed teams and projects across multiple continents. Their contributions have helped these companies enhance their packaging strategies, improve efficiency, and meet consumer demands.

Dr. Neeraj Sharma, Ph.D completed their education in Engineering with a focus on Food Process Engineering at both the University of Nebraska at Lincoln from 1986 to 1990.
