Jason Block

Jason Block is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in various roles across the tech industry. Currently working at Figma since March 2021, Jason also serves as an Engineering Advisor and Head of Engineering at Garmentier. Previously, Jason held the position of Senior Software Engineer at LandscapeHub and Trunk Club, where a significant contribution included leading front-end development and transitioning JavaScript applications. Jason's earlier experiences include a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, and Computer Science from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Additional roles include technical design internships and freelance web design, demonstrating a strong foundation in both software engineering and user experience.
