Matthew Gordon

Matthew Gordon is an experienced project manager and engineer with a strong background in pretreatment standards and operational improvement. Currently serving as a Project Manager - Pretreatment Specialist at Garratt-Callahan Company since April 2023, Matthew focuses on standardizing pretreatment operations, conducting audits, and providing training. Prior roles include Warranty Manager, Account Delivery Manager, and Lead Project Engineer at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, where responsibilities ranged from resolving field service issues to managing a substantial project backlog and improving customer experiences. Matthew also held positions at Hydro-Thermal Corporation, Siemens Water Technologies, and Nalco, specializing in business development, engineering management, and water treatment systems. Matthew holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.
