Nella Fergusson

Nella Fergusson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Southern & Central California District Manager and Water Quality Expert at Garratt-Callahan Company since December 2015. Nella leads a team focused on training, personal development, and celebrating achievements within the district. Previously, Nella worked as a Water Expert and Water Engineer at Garratt-Callahan from October 2009 to February 2014, ensuring customer systems remained efficient in water, energy, and chemicals. Nella's career began at Air Liquide as an Account Manager for liquid air separation, handling accounts in South La County, Inland Empire, and Nevada from August 2005 to 2009, with responsibilities in project management and account growth. Nella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from UC San Diego, earned in 2005.
