Catalin Stancu

Catalin Stancu has extensive experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Manager and IT Project Manager focused on IIoT digitization of manufacturing processes at Garrett - Advancing Motion since May 2018. In this role, Catalin develops and implements data collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality, coordinates data extraction and interpretation, and prepares statistical reports on operational performance. Prior to this, Catalin worked as a Senior AME Engineer at Honeywell from April 2009 to November 2022, contributing to various engineering and manufacturing processes.
