Dinescu Ramona

Dinescu Ramona is a seasoned manufacturing professional currently serving as a Manufacturing Team Leader at Garrett - Advancing Motion since April 2017. With expertise in quality improvement, project management, and new product introduction, Dinescu leads initiatives focusing on capacity analysis, equipment upgrades, and team development. Previous roles include Manufacturing Engineer and NPI Engineer, where Dinescu implemented process improvements, coordinated equipment installations, and ensured successful product launches. Academically, Dinescu holds a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, complemented by an Engineer's degree in the same field.
