Lydia Castro Roa

Lydia Castro Roa is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in financial leadership and accounting. Currently serving as Site Controller at Garrett - Advancing Motion since April 2016, Lydia holds responsibilities as a Plant Manager Business Partner and Finance Performance Leader in compliance. Previously, Lydia worked at Honeywell in various capacities, including Finance Site Leader and Senior Accountant, where tasks encompassed finance business partnerships, general accounting, and compliance with SOX. Lydia earned an MBA in Finance from CETYS Universidad and a degree in Accounting from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California.
