Pavel Michalcik

Pavel Michalcik is an experienced professional with a strong background in warranty management and engineering within the automotive and commercial vehicle sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Warranty & Field Service Manager for EMEAI and America at Garrett - Advancing Motion since November 2018, Pavel oversees the end-to-end warranty process for passenger vehicles and commercial machines. Previous roles include Warranty Manager for Europe & Americas and European Warranty Manager, focusing on warranty management and improvement initiatives across multiple OEM customers. With extensive experience at Honeywell as a Program Manager and Customer Quality Leader, as well as roles in continuous improvement and material engineering at Worthington Cylinders and Visteon Automotive Systems, Pavel has a rich history in project management, product quality, and engineering development. Pavel holds a Master's Degree in Material Engineering from Brno University of Technology.
