Rob Cadle

Rob Cadle is an experienced leader in innovation and growth within the automotive and transportation industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Innovation and Breakthrough Growth at Garrett - Advancing Motion since October 2018, Rob focuses on the development of pipeline and fuel cell technologies. Prior roles include Senior Director positions at Honeywell Transportation Systems and Honeywell Turbo Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed strategy development for electric boosting technologies and overseeing commercial vehicle powertrain advances. Rob’s career began at Honeywell Turbo Technologies, with progressively influential positions, including Application Engineering Manager and Product Development Engineer. Rob holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Kentucky.
