Francisco Javier Bosch Minguet

Francisco Javier Bosch Minguet is a Principal Associate Attorney at Garrigues, where responsibilities include conducting negotiations with clients and counterparties and drafting legal documents for project finance operations and corporate finance transactions, including those involving Spanish football clubs. In addition to legal practice, Francisco serves as a Lecturer in Law at both Centro de Estudios Garrigues and Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE, teaching commercial contracts in the Master’s Program for admission to the Spanish Bar Association. Francisco holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Banking Law from Harvard Law School and degrees in Business Administration and Management, Law, and participation in an exchange program at The Wharton School, complemented by a summer program in management and leadership at Middlesex University.
