Richard Horn

Richard Horn is the Co-Managing Partner at Garris Horn LLP, a virtual financial services law firm Richard co-founded in April 2018. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Member at Richard Horn Legal, PLLC and as a Partner at Dentons US LLP. Richard's extensive experience in consumer financial services regulation includes roles at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Richard holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and an A.B. in Economics from Brown University.
