Sims Holliday WSET II has a diverse background in sales and events, with experience in the bourbon industry as Southeast Region Sales Manager at Garrison Brothers Distillery. Prior to that, they worked in various sales roles at Republic National Distributing Company, Silver Eagle Distributors, and Ace Mart Restaurant Supply. Their early career included a role as an Apprentice Landman at JH Mineral Acquisitions Inc. They also have experience as a counselor and lifeguard at Camp Longhorn Inks Lake. Sims graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.
