David Mandoloni has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. David started their career at Banzai Spa as a Freelance Writer, where they contributed to a tourist blog. David then worked at ST-Ericsson as a Software Engineer trainee and later as a Software Design Engineer, gaining skills in multimedia frameworks and ARM architectures. David then joined Imagination Technologies as a Software Design Engineer, focusing on developing GPUs firmware/drivers debugging tools and providing customer support. After that, they worked at Becrypt as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were involved in the software life cycle of security solutions for Android devices. Currently, David is at Garrison, where they initially served as a Lead Android Engineer and later took on the role of Team Lead and Engineering Manager. In this position, they manage multiple in-house and external teams of software engineers and ensures productivity, product quality, employee well-being, and personal career development.
David Mandoloni completed their education in a sequential manner. David began by attending Liceo Scientifico from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a high school diploma. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Università di Pisa from 2005 to 2008. David then continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from 2008 to 2011.
In addition to their formal education, David has also obtained several certifications. In 2014, they obtained a certificate in Software Security from Coursera Verified Certificates. In 2015, they obtained certifications in Cryptography and Heterogeneous Parallel Programming from the same institution. David also obtained a certification in Hardware Security from Coursera Verified Certificates in 2015. David further expanded their skill set by completing a course in Financial Markets from Coursera Verified Certificates in 2014. David also holds Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certifications from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in February 2016.
