Brad Hardesty is the current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Garten. Prior to their current position, they acted as an independent consultant from January 2020 to September 2021. Brad also managed company-wide capital expenditures. As Senior Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, they led operations finance for the Yahoo!/Microsoft Search Alliance. And as Director of Operations-Finance for the Advertising Products Group, they were responsible for annual planning, financial modeling, forecasting, expense tracking, and resource/capital allocation for a 1,000+ person global organization.

Brad Hardesty has a MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
