Tiffany Lott began their career in 2002 as a Head Teller at US Bank. In 2004, they joined Gartman Systems as a Technical Writer/Trainer/Project Manager/Business Analyst. In this role, they collaborated with new clients in data conversion from former software provider, compiled and moderated software implementation plans, audited companies on functionality usage of system and proposed best practices, conceptualized and developed specifications for program enhancement requests, coordinated and led user conferences, trained internal and external users on floor-covering wholesale distribution ERP solution, designed and maintained online resources, attended and exhibited at flooring-related trade shows nationwide, and recruited, trained, and counseled customer service personnel. Tiffany later held the role of Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Representative at Gartman Systems.

Tiffany Lott completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in General Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2020. Tiffany obtained their High School Diploma from Sheridan High School in 1999. In May 2020, they also obtained a Poynter ACES Certificate in Editing from the Poynter Institute.
