Alexandre Oddos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President Analyst at Gartner since April 2022, Alexandre specializes in CRM with a focus on customer service and support. As CEO of LDCT since March 2021, Alexandre oversees strategic decision-making. Previously, Alexandre held significant roles at Vocalcom as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, managing global operations and sales. In earlier positions, Alexandre worked at Microsoft as VP Business Solution, leading sales and marketing for CRM and ERP, and at IBM Global Services as COO and MD Consulting Services. Alexandre's career began at Compaq Computer as Global Account Manager, following leadership roles at Bouygues Telecom and Stricto Sensus. Alexandre holds an engineering degree from Coventry University.
