Anamika Gill

Anamika Gill is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in technical recruiting. Anamika held various leadership positions at Gartner from June 2021 to September 2023, including Associate Director of Recruiting, Manager of Recruiting for IT, and Recruiting Team Lead for IT. Prior to that, Anamika served as Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition at Impetus from May 2010 to November 2016, responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities and collaborating with hiring managers on position requirements. Anamika holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on HR/IT from IME, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Science from Hindu College.
