Caitlyn McDonough

Caitlyn McDonough is the Vice President of HR Advisory at Gartner, where they provide guidance to global HR leaders on solving recruiting challenges and implementing key initiatives. Previously, Caitlyn served as the Director of HR Advisory, contributing to improved client renewal rates and pioneering new products. With experience as a Research Director at CEB, they led research efforts focused on total rewards and performance management. Caitlyn is currently pursuing a BA in Anthropology and French at the University of Pennsylvania.
