Christiane Groth

Christiane Groth, Ed.D., is the VP, Business and Technology Insights at Gartner, where they focus on translating complex strategies into actionable operating plans. With over a decade of experience, Christiane has worked with executive teams across a variety of industries, including non-profit universities and consumer products, to enhance their strategic planning processes. Prior to their current role, Christiane held several positions at CEB (now Gartner) and served as Director of Grants and Contracts at Georgetown University. They earned an Ed.D. in Higher Education Policy from William & Mary and have a strong passion for talent development and leadership training.
