Fred Spadaccino

Fred Spadaccino has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Group Vice President at Gartner, Inc. since April 2009, with responsibilities spanning Research & Advisory and Global Product Management. Prior roles at Gartner include positions such as Managing Vice President and various Vice President titles focusing on global sales and new market programs. Before joining Gartner, Fred Spadaccino worked as a Human Resources Manager at Victorinox Swiss Army and gained early experience as a Training Coordinator and HR Intern. Additionally, Fred has academic experience as an Adjunct Instructor of Psychology at Quinnipiac University. Fred holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Quinnipiac University.
