Jack Pranzo

Jack Pranzo is the GVP & CFO of Research Products at Gartner. Jack has over 25 years of experience in finance and strategic planning.

Jack began their career as a staff auditor at Deloitte in 1989. Jack then transitioned to investment banking, working as a consultant at Access Staffing - Kidder, Peabody & Co. In 1991, they joined BDO USA, LLP as a staff auditor.

In 1996, Jack joined ITOCHU International Inc., a $12 billion dollar subsidiary of ITOCHU Corporation. Jack rose through the ranks quickly, becoming Senior Financial Analyst-Corporate Planning. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic planning analysis and merger and acquisition analysis of a $5 billion dollar investment portfolio.

In 2000, Jack left ITOCHU International to join Gartner as GVP & CFO of Research Products. In this role, they oversee the financial planning and analysis for Gartner’s research products business.

Their manager is Craig Safian, EVP & CFO. Jack Pranzo works with Marilena Dolan - Managing VP, Finance Transformation, Michael Orlando - GVP, Corporate FP&A, and Lisa LoCascio - SVP, Corporate Controller.
