Maria Aiello

Maria Aiello is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Gartner Peer Community Ambassador at Gartner and a Professor at the School of Business - Continuing Education at Conestoga College, Maria is also an active member of the Technical Advisory Committee and BOMA Cyber/Digital Transformation committee at BOMA Canada. Additionally, leadership roles include Chair and Vice Chair of the Technology Advisory Board at the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Global Head of Real Estate & Mortgages Technology at Manulife Investment Management. Maria has contributed to various advisory boards, including The IT Media Group and HMG Strategy, while also mentoring at the Collier Techstars PropTech Accelerator. Previous positions include Vice President Real Estate Advisory at PwC and Vice President of the Toronto Board Chapter for the CIO Association of Canada. Maria Aiello holds degrees from the Rotman School of Management and McMaster University.
