Rohan Chowdhry

Rohan Chowdhry is an accomplished recruiting leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive search. Currently serving as a Recruiting Leader at Gartner since July 2025, Rohan previously held the position of Manager, Talent Acquisition at The Walt Disney Company, where strategic initiatives included leadership hiring and optimizing technology solutions. Prior to that, Rohan worked at Netflix as a Recruiter, successfully filling critical leadership roles, and contributed to Egon Zehnder as a Senior Analyst in the Global Financial Officers Practice. Rohan's professional journey also includes roles at EXL, KPMG India, and Heidrick & Struggles, where expertise in research and market analysis facilitated substantial business development and recruitment successes. Rohan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Delhi University and an MBA in Marketing from IILM.
