Shubhra Pandey

Shubhra Pandey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and strategy roles. At Gartner, Shubhra held the position of Senior Research Specialist from November 2021 to September 2023, focusing on research methods and stakeholder management, while also contributing as a Research Specialist where recognition as Newcomer of the Year 2022 was achieved. Prior to Gartner, Shubhra worked at Cuemath as an Associate in Strategy & Analytics, leading growth strategy initiatives and market research for the UK and Europe Ed-Tech sector. Additionally, Shubhra gained valuable experience through a Business Development Internship at Cuemath and served as University Vice-Captain at NIIT University, combining leadership with a focus on peer counseling. Shubhra holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from NIIT University and completed higher secondary education in Science at Army Public School.
