Tom Carbonaro

Tom Carbonaro currently serves as a Senior Executive Partner at Gartner, advising senior digital and technology leaders within the Executive Programs practice since August 2022. Previously, Tom held several leadership roles at Sanofi from December 2009 to July 2022, including Vice President positions overseeing digital, IT strategy, collaboration solutions, and IT governance for North America Consumer Healthcare and the global CTO's office. Tom's earlier experience includes management consulting at TPC Advisory Services and various IT leadership roles at Merck from 1989 to 2008, focusing on infrastructure, information security, and program management. Tom holds a BS in Economics from the University of Bridgeport and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University - Newark.
