Eldira Zain has a diverse background in organizational development, talent management, and leadership. At GMF AeroAsia, Eldira currently serves as the Senior Manager Leader & Talent Development, focusing on creating and implementing talent strategies to improve business performance. With previous roles at Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera and PT Kajima Indonesia, Eldira has experience in leading teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for organizational growth. Eldira holds an MBA in Business Administration from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a degree in Biology from Universitas Padjadjaran.
