Al Lopez

Al Lopez is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in transportation project management. Currently serving as Transportation Team Leader and Project Manager at Garver since May 2018, Al has previously held the position of Project Manager at BGE, Inc. from May 2013 to April 2018 and worked as a Civil Engineer at Bluebonnet Contractors from August 2011 to May 2013. Al's career also includes a role as Project Manager at Halff Associates between September 2003 and April 2011. Al holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
