Jerry Holder

Jerry Holder, PE, is a seasoned professional with 35 years of experience in transportation design and program management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Garver Director of Enterprise Solutions at Garver since October 2012, Jerry oversees over 250 transportation professionals, generating more than $60 million in annual revenue across eight states. Jerry has managed design, construction oversight, and program delivery for over $14 billion in construction projects and has established strong relationships with various transportation departments and municipalities. Prior to Garver, Jerry held the position of Vice President and Texas District Leader at HNTB, overseeing all Texas operations, and served as Vice President at Garver earlier in the career. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation from the University of Arkansas and an MBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, along with participation in multiple leadership programs.
