Vince Ponce

Vince Ponce, PMP, ACE, is a seasoned aviation project manager with extensive experience in overseeing complex aviation projects. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager and Aviation Leader at Garver since August 2020, Vince's previous roles include Senior Manager of Technical Services at AvAirPros, where noteworthy accomplishments included managing an $18 million hangar improvement program and developing an employee utilization tool. Prior experience encompasses positions at Virgin America as Station Supervisor, where operational efficiencies were enhanced, and at the City of Dallas - Dallas Love Field as Sr. Airport Operations Officer, ensuring security compliance and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Vince began his career with Continental Airlines as an AQP/Human Factors Intern, focusing on pilot training enhancements. Vince holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Flight from Purdue University.
