Brian Hiatt

Brian Hiatt is the Vice President of Technology at Gary Community Ventures, focusing on integrating technology, data, and policy to develop solutions for Colorado's families. Previously, Brian served as the Director of Technology and Chief Technology Officer at COVIDCheck Colorado, leading extensive COVID-19 testing and vaccination initiatives. With a background in software engineering, Brian designed systems for social sector organizations at Shift Research Lab and co-founded Civic Pixel and Open.Media, both aimed at supporting nonprofits. Brian's experience includes significant roles at the Open Media Foundation and the Brett Family Foundation, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Colorado Boulder.
