Rudy Garza

Rudy Garza is the President and CEO of GarzaEMC, LLC, a multi-disciplinary engineering design and management consulting firm established in July 2012. Under Rudy Garza's leadership, GarzaEMC provides a comprehensive range of services in civil, water and wastewater, construction management, and management consulting, focusing on delivering projects on time and within budget while exceeding client expectations. Prior to this, Rudy Garza served as Assistant City Manager for the City of Austin, Texas, from August 2000 to June 2012, and as Budget Director for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, from March 1992 to July 2000. Rudy Garza holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Mary's University.
