Jennifer O'Keeffe

Jennifer O'Keeffe has a strong background in HR management and talent acquisition. Jennifer most recently served as the Head of HR at Gas Networks Ireland, where they led and managed the HR Business Partnering and People Services teams. In this role, they were responsible for various key people programs and initiatives, including talent acquisition, talent and performance management, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), organization development, and HR systems and data. Prior to their position at Gas Networks Ireland, Jennifer held roles including Head of Talent Acquisition and Reward at the same company.

Before Gas Networks Ireland, Jennifer worked at Intel Security as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for the EMEA region from 2013 to 2015. Jennifer also served as a Senior HR Manager at Intel Security from 2004 to 2013.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes working as an HR Manager at EMC from 2000 to 2004, a Recruitment Manager at Motorola Solutions from 1999 to 2000, and a Recruitment Consultant at ATR International from 1994 to 1999.

Jennifer O'Keeffe obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business Administration and Management from University College Cork from 1989 to 1993. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at University College Cork from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Personell Management from Munster Technological University from 1996 to 1997.
