Mary Carr

Mary Carr is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in design and project management. Currently serving as a Design Engineer at Gas Networks Ireland since January 2011, Mary oversees both Distribution System Operator (DSO) and Transmission System Operator (TSO) projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Risk Analyst at Gas Networks Ireland, a part-time Project Tutor at DIT Bolton Street, and a Senior Mechanical Engineer at MacArdle McSweeney Associates where key projects included the National Conference Centre and various hospital developments. Additional experience as a part-time lecturer at Dublin Institute of Technology and as a Junior Engineer at Brian Geraghty Associates further enhances Mary's expertise in building services engineering. Mary holds postgraduate diplomas in Project Management and Fire Safety Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, along with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Building Services from Technological University Dublin.
