Destiny C. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Beginning in 2013, Destiny worked at UCoat It as a Recruiting/Onboarding Specialist and Sales Assistant, where they attended job fairs, facilitated the hiring process, and provided training to new and existing employees. Destiny then moved on to Enviro-Clean Services, Inc. in 2015 as a Human Resources Generalist, responsible for candidate selection, employee relations, and onboarding processes. Since 2017, Destiny has been working at GSTV, first as a Human Resources Generalist and later as a Human Resources Manager. In their current role, they handle benefit administration, payroll, employee relations, and ensures compliance with regulations. Destiny's experience showcases their proficiency in various HR functions and their ability to support strategic corporate initiatives.

Destiny C. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Strategic Leadership from Rochester University, completing their education in 2014. In June 2018, they earned the certification of SHRM-CP from SHRM.
