Suzy Abdullah

Suzy Abdullah is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in renewable energy and integrated gas. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Gas Strategies since May 2022, Suzy previously held various roles at Shell from May 2010 to October 2021, including Renewables Strategy & Portfolio Manager, where responsibility included leading strategy implementation and M&A origination for Shell’s integrated renewable power business in Europe. Additional roles at Shell included Senior Investment Advisor, focusing on valuation and risk analysis, and Investment Associate, where Suzy led commercial efforts for growth projects in the MENA region. Earlier experience includes an internship in LNG Strategy and Portfolio at Shell and a brief tenure at Heritage Oil. Suzy holds an MA in Economics and Spanish from the University of St Andrews and an MSc in Energy Studies from the University of Dundee.
