Marty Rateau

Marty Rateau is an experienced human resources consultant with a diverse background spanning over four decades. Currently serving as an HR Consultant at Gas Transmission Systems, Inc. since March 2019 and at Celerity Consulting Group since August 2018, Marty has held key HR roles at Gas Transmission Systems, where strategic organizational planning was a focus from March 2011 to January 2018. Previous experience includes consulting for Kaiser Permanente through Rose International, as well as training and coaching roles at Lee Hecht Harrison. An earlier career at Pacific Gas & Electric provided strategic HR support to senior leadership, with additional expertise developed through Rateau and Associates in change management and executive coaching. Marty holds an MBA in Human Resources from San Francisco State University and a B.A. in Economics from Michigan State University.
