Alana Rivard

Alana Rivard has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent role being the Human Resources Director at GASKINS + LECRAW. Prior to that, they worked at WarnerMedia as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner, providing HR support to over 600 employees and overseeing the department's budget. Alana also served as a Senior HR Business Partner at WarnerMedia for Latin America, leading global HR operations and strategic initiatives. Before joining WarnerMedia, Alana worked at ING Nederland as a Human Resources Advisor, overseeing various HR functions including recruitment and performance management.
