David Stuart

David Stuart has a diverse work experience in the engineering and waste management industry. David started their career at Waste Management, where they served as the Director of Landfill Operations and later became the Director of North Atlanta Disposal Operations. David managed multiple landfills, transfer stations, and contracts, overseeing operations, construction, and permits. David then joined Terracon as a Senior Project Engineer, providing innovative solutions to clients in the Southeast. David also worked at Republic Services as the Area Environmental Manager, Southeast Area Post Collections Manager, and General Manager, focusing on facility and project capital, compliance, planning, and recruitment. Currently, they are working as the Director of Operations at Gaskins Surveying & Engineering Co.

David Stuart earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University in 1983. David went on to pursue an MBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business, completing it in 1993.
