Carolina Soares is a seasoned professional in the events and hospitality industry, currently serving as Co-founder and Director of Business Operations at Gaslight Events Company Inc. since March 2019. Carolina has held significant leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer of both Foundry Tavern and Tapestry Hall, and Owner/Event Manager at The Event Firm Inc. Carolina's earlier experience includes ownership at District Nightclub and senior event management at Planet Goodtime, along with a varied background in restaurant management. Carolina's academic credentials include a Master of Music and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance, both obtained from McGill University.
