Daniel Schuman

Daniel Schuman is an accomplished attorney and photographer with extensive experience in both legal and creative fields. Currently serving as a photographer for CASA Pinellas, Daniel creates content and manages social media to enhance brand identity. As an attorney, Daniel operates a general practice with a focus on HIPAA and privacy, having drafted tailored agreements across various industries. Additional roles include serving as a board member for the Pinellas County Commission on Aging and as vice chair for the Hillsborough County Council on Aging, where advocacy for seniors is a primary focus. Previously, Daniel held positions such as of counsel at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., and general counsel for Senior Care Group, Inc., among others, showcasing a strong background in healthcare law and litigation. Daniel holds a Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University and a Doctor of Law from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, complemented by degrees in business management and marketing from the University of Miami.
