Ben Lampron

Ben Lampron has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Ben is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Gassen Company, Inc., where they oversee all day-to-day operations, business strategy, and customer care for homeowner associations. Prior to that, they served as the President of Metro Mold & Design, where they successfully grew annual revenue and led a successful business and culture transformation. Ben also held leadership positions at Honeywell Process Solutions, including Sr. Sales Director, General Manager, Director of Operations, and District General Manager. In these roles, they demonstrated strong operational performance, profit growth, and customer care. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Application Engineer at Measurex Corporation. Throughout their career, Ben has consistently delivered results and positioned businesses for sustainable and profitable growth.

Ben Lampron earned their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine, graduating in 1995. Ben then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, completing it between 2002 and 2004.
