Nina Radzim

As Director of Human Resources, Nina is passionate about building a positive culture that fosters teamwork, open communication, learning, and fun. She develops and manages a variety of HR programs that focus on recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, health and wellness programs, community engagement and policy administration. Additional responsibilities include new and current employee training along with new hire orientation (onboarding) processes. She is active in various professional organizations including The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), The Northeast Human Resource Association (NEHRA), and the Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts (AGCofMA) Building Women in Construction (BWiC) committee and the Committee for Diversity and Inclusion (CFDI).

Nina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from UMass Amherst and a Master’s degree in Adult and Organizational Learning from Suffolk University.
