Dan Cady

Daniel Cady has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Daniel has held various roles in multiple companies, starting with their current position as the Sr Director of Talent Acquisition at Gastro Care Partners. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant - Vice President at NurseCore, and as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Pediatrix Medical Group. Daniel also served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Solis Mammography and AMN Healthcare, where they were responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Client Services Director at Cielo Talent and as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Sutherland Global Services. Before transitioning to the private sector, Daniel worked in talent acquisition roles at the United States Air Force, where they managed regional recruiting teams and trained recruiters.

Daniel Cady holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia Southern University. Daniel also has two Associate in Applied Science degrees, one in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Community College of the Air Force, and another in Electronic Systems Technology from the same institution. In addition, they have obtained a Professional Manager Certification from the Community College of the Air Force in 2011. Additionally, they have certifications in Professional Sales Coaching, Professional Sales Coaching Applications, Professional Selling Skills, Professional Selling Skills Applications, and Professional Selling Skills Health Professions Application Course from AchieveGlobal.
